She is also a Performing Arts teacher, which for the last 7 years has specialised in teaching people with Autism/Aspergers. Diane speaks of her music empowerment project “Shine” which is about finding people who are gifted but have something in their way, such as a physical illness, special need or confidence issues. She also combines this programme with up and coming songwriters who create the score and are also in need of “shining”.
