Tim also set up the Draper University of Heroes in Silicon Valley, which is an unconventional world-class residential and online school for the brightest young entrepreneurs from around the world.Tim has proposed a ballot initiative that, if he garners the required 807,000 signatures, will ask voters to split California into six states. If nothing else it is a bold and in many ways audacious proposal.
