SHOW TITLE: Legal Hacker makes a million a year

My interview today is with Sue Jauncey, a Registered Psychologist who began her career working across the Australian prison system. This experience enabled her to gain a deep understanding of human behaviour and the effects of everyday decision-making processes, motivation, and readiness for individuals to receive insights and desire for change.

Sue was recruited by the global organisation, Anderson, to head their Human Capital Division. During her time with Anderson, Sue travelled globally to further her training and research in Board, Management and Organisational measuring, monitoring and influencing of performance improvements through behavioural strategies. Sue has experience working with Boards, Executive teams, and whole of organisations across public, private, not-for-profit, government, and co-operative organisations. She is the founder and Director of Pulse Global.

Sue designed a psychologically based  organizational culture system designed to support organisations to work collectively through culture, focused on performance improvements to achieve the shared and common goals aimed at meeting an organisations purpose. The company has grown from a small boutique consulting business to a global company.
