Todays guest Will Henshall is Founder and CEO of Focus@Will, a new neuroscience music for work subscription service that is proven to supercharge your productivity up to 4 times. Will is my 100th guest from the unbelievable METal group of leaders which I am privileged to be a member of.
Like all METal members, Will has had an extraordinary and varied life. He began as a songwriter/music producer/artist – Founder of UK based pop soul band Londonbeat. He was signed to RadioActive/MCA records, and had 2 USA #1 songs in the early 90s.
He then became a software inventor and was founder of San Francisco based Rocket Network, which created technology that networked audio recording studios. They sold the company to Avid in 2003. The “DigiDelivery” media transfer system is part of ProTools and used everyday in pro audio production all over world.
In 2003 he became a professional photographer/visual artist and ran a professional photography company in Los Angeles. He then started focusatwill.com in late 2009. This is a new neuroscience based music technology company that delivers productivity on demand tools that enhance focus and attention span for working, studying and reading. So, Will has written songs and performed on many platinum hit records; has 5 patents for audio collaboration recording studio technology and created the ProTools “Digidelivery” pro audio tool; and started up 5 startups in the past 30 years.
