My guest Doug Lipp, at age 29, was the head of the training team at the world famous Disney University at Disney’s corporate headquarters. Doug is fluent in Japanese and was appointed to the start up team for Tokyo Disneyland. Doug trains and speaks to corporate executives about the need to embrace change and continually innovate. Doug has written eight books on leadership, customer service and international business and Dougs latest book is Disney U; How Disney University Develops the Worlds Most Engaged, Loyal And Customer Centric Employee’s.
