He specializes in website data capture, data bases and data base marketing, setting up / auto responders and the like. In other words if you are a business and can attract people to your site, you don’t want them to leave your site without you making the best possible shot at selling them and capturing their information. When Don creates a site, the visitor simply doesn’t get away. Moreover, they feel great about it. This is an incredibly valuable skill because you don’t want to spend a lot of money getting people to go to your site, only to let them get away, which is a problem with most websites.
