My guest today is Greg Wendt, a SoCal native and a fellow member of METal and first discovered the notion of sustainable development in the late 80’s. Since then Greg has been passionate about applying his considerable gifts in fields of economics, business and sustainable and responsible investing. Greg gained a wealth of expertise and experience at Smith Barney, Dabney/Reznick (now Imperial Capital), UBS, Prudential Securities and EP Wealth Advisors.
Greg is now Senior Wealth Advisor heading the west coast effort of StakeHolders Capital, a boutique registered investment advisory firm specializing in Impact Investing and Wealth Management.
Since 1991 Greg has worked as a financial advisor, economist and Certified Financial Planner assisting families to align their wealth through investments that reflect their priorities and concerns for a better world. Greg is on the steering committee member of the California Economic Summit and co-chair the Capital Action Team and a member of California Financial Opportunities Roundtable, a select group of experts convened by the San Francisco Fed and the Obama Administration to increase Impact Investing in California. Greg is passionate about working to improve how we do business and leave the world in a much better place than we came into it.
